Sign up for the May 2nd EVERY ONE Race in Hawassa and help us meet our goal of raising $25,000 to support the EVERY ONE Campaign in Ethiopia
The 2010 EVERY ONE Half-Marathon & 7k Races in Hawassa, also incorporating children’s races over 1500m, will take place on Sunday 2nd May 2010. Attached is the registration form (please note there are only 300 places for the 21km – first come, first serve). Registration fees are as follows:
• 21km race: 100 birr
• 7km race: 50 birr
• Children’s race (under 11): 30 birr
All the above prices include a souvenir race t-shirt and a post race party at the newly opened HAILE RESORT with Haile Gebre Selassie, the Marathon World Record Holder handing out awards! Please contact Tigest Tefera ttefera@savechildren.org to make reservations to stay at the HAILE RESORT – we have reserved 50 rooms for EVERY ONE.
Please note that all money raised should be done OUTSIDE Ethiopia – friends, family and colleagues can sign up to support you per kilometer. Money can be processed in the US at the Save the Children home office and must be designated “EVERY ONE Campaign in Ethiopia” alternatively, you can raise the money in your own home country – it will all go towards campaign expenses.
