This document is a donor study conducted in Ethiopia in 2007. The objective was to assess the contribution to children's rights of thirteen bilateral donors operating in Ethiopia. The study was challenging to the authour as it was the first of its kind. The findings were that donors are not carriying out their responisbilities stated on article 4 of the CRC due to different reasons stated in the document.
